A friend of mine just gave me a call to let me know that the cake was mentioned in the latest Wizard (#196). I think he said it was in the letter column. Not bad...kind of nice to know that people are still talking about it. We done good.

(wizard has always harped on Quasar!!!) New issue doesnt come out in comic shops till Dec 27th I think!!?? I was going to write the letters page but I figured they would say some smart a$$ remark like they always do. We'll see. I hope they provide a link.

Heh, heh...I just picked it up today...master chef... I'll have to scan the question and answer and post them here. I was really surprised by the BloodFire ad...I thought it looked it great. It was a fun week at the shop, got the Wizard (with a Quasar cake and a Diary of Night mention) and the latest Previews with Diary of Night #3. Here's hoping the added publicity keeps the pressure on Marvel. I'll try to e-mail Bill Rosemann about the mention and see if he knows about it.
